Description
Display & Design:
The Pixel 3 XL sports a large 6.3-inch OLED bezel-less display. It bears a QHD+ resolution and features a notch display. A Corning Gorilla Glass is fitted on the top for protection against accidental damages and scratches. The device is also IP68 certified dust and water-resistant. The 3XL ships in three color variants – Clearly White Just Black, and Not Pink.
Cameras:
The striking highlight of Pixel devices is the camera. The 3XL is equipped with a 12.2MP sensor with an f/1.8 aperture. The camera offers dual pixel phase detection and optical+electronic image stabilization. On the front, the device is fitted with a dual-camera setup comprising of 8MP sensors, one of which is a wide-angle lens. As for video recording, the device supports 4k resolution at 30fps. The cameras on both phones are backed by AI capabilities that aid clicking better pictures even in low light.
Performance, Storage & OS:
Coming to the internals, the Pixel 3 is equipped with Qualcomm’s top-of-the-line Snapdragon 845 processor. The device packs 4GB RAM and Adreno 630 GPU. It offers 64GB internal memory without support for a microSD card slot for further storage expansion. The Pixel 3 runs on the latest Android 9.0 Pie out of the box.
Battery & Connectivity:
The Pixel 3XL is powered by a 3430 mAh battery. It offers support for fast charging as well as wireless charging. There is no 3.5mm headphone jack on the device. Other connectivity options include nano-SIM, Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi, GLONASS, and NFC.
